Repair Center : Internal Repairs Update

As of this month, we are opening a Full-Service ASIC Repair center of excellence. Prior, because of volume, we did partial send outs to accommodate for the number of units we host; however, given our experience with multiple outside repair centers, and seeing how that impacted customers, we have made the decision to move Full-Service ASIC Repairs internal, outside of warranty send outs.

After conferring with customers on the stability of outside repair centers, we mutually concluded this was the best next step to enhance an already robust hosting solution. We are excited to have a great community and industry of partners to grow with and excited to enhance our service offerings to better support our customers in their endeavors within the blockchain community.

We understand the frustration that customers are having with outside repair centers. The only way we can control the outcome is to control the work to be done.
